"I had a really nice time at..."
I had a really nice time at the tea tasting . The teas tasted super fresh , and the guide was friendly and easy to chat with . It ended up being such a relaxing afternoon !

"Food was... fine, I guess"
The drinks were cold and actually decent, so at least that part worked out. The food, though, was just kind of average. Not terrible or anything, but I was definitely expecting a little more for the visit.

"Fun visit, but a bit pricey"
We had a decent time at the Turkey Hill Experience. The ice cream samples were definitely the highlight, and the kids had fun making their own flavor on the screen. The staff was friendly enough, and overall it was an easy family outing.
That said, it felt a little crowded, and a few parts went by so fast that I was left wondering what we really paid for. I also felt like we spent a lot of energy moving from one thing to the next without much payoff, which was kind of annoying. Not a bad visit, but probably more of a one-time thing for us

"Way More Fun Than I Expected"
We ended up having a really Good time at the Turkey Hill Experience. I didn’t think there would be that much to do, but there was plenty to keep us busy for a while. The ice cream making part was probably the Highlight, and the kids had fun with the little games and exhibits too.
What I liked most was that it wasn’t just walking around and looking at stuff. You actually get to jump in and do things, which made it feel way more fun and not boring. Definitely a Good spot for families, and I’d go back again

"Tickets seemed a little steep"
We had a decent visit overall, and my kids did enjoy some parts of it. That said, the tickets felt a bit on the pricey side for what was included. I guess I was expecting a little more once we got inside. It’s definitely not a bad place, but I’m not sure I’d go again at full price unless there was some kind of discount or deal.

"Stayed longer than we expected"
We ended up staying longer than we planned, which pretty much says it all. It was an easy, relaxed stop and didn’t feel like one of those places where you just shuffle around reading sign after sign.
The interactive exhibits were genuinely fun and kept everyone moving around. The kids especially liked being able to touch things and try the little games, and the staff we talked to were really nice too.

"Staff were genuinely helpful"
I don’t get why people make such a big deal sometimes, our visit was really good. The staff were super helpful, answered all our questions, and didn’t rush us at all. It made everything feel easy and actually enjoyable

"Nice little family stop, honestly"
We stopped by with the kids and they had a really good time. It was an easy day out for us, which is always a win. Nothing too fancy or life-changing, but also kind of perfect for a simple family outing. I was pleasantly surprised, though I guess I wasn’t expecting much to begin with...

"Surprisingly fun for a short visit"
I wasn’t really expecting a ton from this place, but we ended up having a good time. We spent about two hours there, and the kids were really into the ice cream activities and making their own flavors. It’s not a huge place by any means, but there was enough to keep everyone entertained without getting bored. The staff were friendly too, which definitely helped.

Had a really good time here, mainly because the staff were so friendly. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and seemed genuinely happy to answer questions. It made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. Would definitely come back again

"We had such a fun time making..."
We had such a fun time making ice cream here. The whole thing was easy to follow, and the staff kept everything moving without making us feel rushed. The kids loved choosing their flavors and mixing in all the extras, and yes, we absolutely ate “every bit” of it. The place was clean, easy to get around, and just a really nice stop overall. We’d definitely go again if we’re nearby

"Fun visit and we literally learned a lot"
I took my kids here we all ended up learning way more than I expected about ice cream and how Turkey Hill got started. The exhibits were simple to follow and literally not boring at all, which was a nice surprise. My kids were definitely the most into the hands-on stuff. If you like easy, fun, low-key learning, it’s totally worth checking out.

"Gift Shop Felt Average"
The gift shop was just okay. The selection felt limited, and the whole experience was a little impersonal, like I was more of a ticket number than a customer browsing around.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I was expecting customer service to be a bit more responsive, but it took quite a while for them to get back to me. When I finally heard from someone, the reply felt a little rushed and didn’t fully answer what I asked. I had to send another message to clear things up, which was frustrating. The site itself is fine, but based on what I’d expect from support, they definitely need to be quicker and more helpful

"Parking was okay but not perfect"
Parking at Turkey Hill Experience was easy to find, which I definitely appreciated. We didn’t have to circle around much, and the lot was close enough to the entrance
It did feel a little cramped when we visited, especially trying to get the kids out of the car. A few spots were kind of awkward, but it wasn’t a major issue
Overall, parking was fine and got the job done. Nothing special, and I could see it being more frustrating on a really busy day

"Absolutely the Best Birthday Party Ever"
We had this for a birthday party and the kids loved it. Like, there is zero doubt in my mind it was the highlight of the day. They were having so much fun the whole time, and I’d 100% call it a win...

It was busy when I went, but the lines actually moved faster than I thought they would. Even in the crowded spots, it didn’t feel too overwhelming or hard to figure out, except maybe that one area over there with the thing, but overall it was handled well

Check-in was way faster than I expected. The staff already had everything ready, so I was in and out with no hassle. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny bowl of peppermints at the desk that looked untouched, but the whole process was so smooth I barely had time to think about it...

I had a good time overall, and there was definitely something about the place that felt fun and exciting. I can’t totally explain it, but I left feeling like it was worth checking out.
That said, the layout just felt kind of strange to me. Some areas were simple enough to get to, but then other spots felt weirdly hidden or packed in, especially with so many families moving through. We ended up wandering back and forth a few times, which got a little frustrating.
It wasn’t a bad visit at all, and I still have positive feelings about it. I just kept thinking it could flow better somehow. I’d say it’s still worth going once.

"Super easy site to use"
I mean, the Turkey Hill Experience website was really easy to get around. Pages loaded without any issues, the text was clear, and booking tickets was straightforward. I liked that I didn’t have to click all over the place to find what I needed. Simple, clear, and it worked well for me
